Return and Refund Policy

At Arttrick (arttrick.in), we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted and handloom products. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, our return and exchange policy is strictly limited to damaged or incorrect items.
Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. The 6-Day Exchange Policy
We offer a 6-day exchange policy, which means you have 6 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Eligibility for Exchange or Refund: We only accept exchange or refund requests under the following conditions:

The product received is physically damaged or defective.

The product received is the wrong item (different from what you ordered).
Strict 6-Day Limit: Under no circumstances will any return, exchange, or refund request be accepted after 6 days from the date the product was delivered to you.
2. Non-Returnable Items
To ensure fairness and hygiene, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

You simply changed your mind or no longer want the item (Buyer's Remorse).

Minor color variations (Since our products include handloom woven items, slight variations in color and weave are natural and not considered defects).

Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Items missing their original tags, bills, or packaging.
3. How to Initiate an Exchange or Refund
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please follow these steps within the 6-day window:

Contact Us: Email our support team at support@arttrick.in within 6 days of delivery.

Provide Proof: Include your Order ID, a clear description of the issue, and clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the damage or the wrong product. (Note: We highly recommend recording an unboxing video when you receive your package as proof of transit damage).

Approval: Our team will inspect the proof within 24-48 hours. If approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or provide you with instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

Condition: The item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
4. Refund Policy & Razorpay Processing
If your return is approved and the exact replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Payment Gateway (Razorpay): If approved, the refund will be processed automatically through our payment gateway, Razorpay.

Timeline: The refunded amount will be credited back to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

We do not offer cash refunds for online payments.
5. Order Cancellations

Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Please contact us immediately to request a cancellation.

After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to receive the package, and the standard 6-day return policy for damaged/wrong items will apply.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received an approved refund after 7 business days:

First, check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by them.

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@arttrick.in, and we will coordinate with Razorpay to track the transaction.
